The New Covenant Church London (BiNL) is a Romanian evangelical church planted in South London, born out of the desire to follow Christ, make disciples, and respond to a real need.
WHY SOUTH LONDON?
While there are ~45 Romanian evangelical churches north of the Thames (about one for every 3,500 Romanians), in the south we identified only 3 – roughly one for every 14,000 Romanians. This reality deeply moved us.
Luke 10:2
And He said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest!”
HOW IT BEGAN
For nearly 2 years, 5 families met regularly as a discipleship group – to worship, study Scripture, and grow together. As we sought God’s will, He clearly showed us the need to plant a church in South London. This is how BiNL – The New Covenant Church London – began in March 2025.
WHO SUPPORTS US
BiNL Church is supported by Orpington Baptist Church, one of the largest local English Baptist churches that most of us were part of. We also actively collaborate with pastors and ministers from Romania and the diaspora. God has worked wonderfully and continues to do so.
